Who we are

The Brand Deal Desk is a trading name of Shilton Digital Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 15476730), registered office at 40 School Lane, Doncaster, DN2 5TQ. These terms govern your use of this website and, where applicable, our services.

By using this website, booking a call, or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with any part of them, please don't use the site or our services.

What we do

The Brand Deal Desk provides commercial representation for creators — strategy, negotiation and contracting support in relation to brand partnerships. We act on your behalf for the commercial and negotiation elements of a deal; the delivery of the campaign, and the underlying relationship with the brand, remains yours. This site describes our general approach; the specific scope, fees and terms of any engagement are set out in a separate agreement between you and Shilton Digital Ltd.

No guaranteed outcomes

While we bring experience and market knowledge to every negotiation, we cannot guarantee any specific deal value, brand response, or outcome. Brand partnership negotiations depend on factors outside our control, including brand budgets, timing and market conditions.

Fees

Fees for our services are agreed directly with each client as part of a separate engagement and are not published on this website. Payment terms, invoicing and any other commercial specifics are set out in that agreement.

Intellectual property

The content, design and branding of this website belong to Shilton Digital Ltd unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce or reuse it without permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Shilton Digital Ltd's liability in connection with this website or our services is limited to the fees paid to us for the relevant engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
